2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe the content removed due to a DMCA complaint was not infringing, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, the counter-notification must include the following information:
- Identification of the material: The specific material that has been removed or disabled, including its location prior to removal.
- Your statement of good faith: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district or, if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found.
- Your signature: A physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.
